Thanks for the update. In any case I have explained to you that no refinery in Miami including or what was once Republic Metals, excepts gold from Africa. This due to all the issues associated with gold, scams, money laundering etc. I have explained to you that 39 USA Refineries were closed sometime back. This due to money laundering and other issues. In addition a lot of refinery owners went to jail along with others involved.
What was bad is owners didn’t know the gold had issues and it was years after they purchased the government stepped in and pressed charges. This is why reliable USA Refiners will not accept gold from out of the country, because its not worth the risk going to jail and they do not make much money. Now in Dubai haha its like the wild wild west.
As I explained to you in previous other emails, currently in the USA there are only 2 USA high quality reliable refineries that will except gold from Africa. They do require additional paper work and documentation. I also have relationships with those refineries as a certified buyer. Now by chance if somehow the gold had issues. I would be the one who losses all his assets and would goes to jail or go broke defending myself. Therefore I only except good offers with good discounts.
Therefore a seller has to be a very reliable and he has to provide the required paper work. David if your going to be a broker this is to important not to remember. Basically you can cause a buyer and refinery a great deal of hardships, loss of money and jail.
In any case you already have someone who you said goes to Dubai to buy gold. He must also have a reliable refinery connection to resell the gold. Just be careful in Dubai and whoever you have paying some of export fees. He is also at serious risk. Wishing you best of Luck and be careful.

I had one of my buyers in W. Africa for three months.. He was scammed completely.. Inundated with scammers trying everything to get him to part with his hard earned money.
I will NOT get involved with any offers from Sierra Leone, Ghana, Congo, etc. The Royal Canadian Mint suspended ALL bullion accounts that were dealing with ANY gold purportedly originating in ANY W. African country.
I had an account there and it was terminated.
LOSE the scammers and do not waste your time.
I will not work on this offer from your new friend who is offering the gold.
