Step Four – answering your calls

Once everything is done, our system allows you to pick the number of phone lines to use for calls up to 200 lines and then if everything is correct on the last page you merely change the campaign from “pending” to “scheduled.” Now you get ready for your phone to ring off the hook.

Step Three – upload your list

iBuzzPro uses any list you have in .csv, .txt. or .xml format. Just upload them and our system scrubs them against the DNC automatically and for free. It also cleans out disconnects or numbers from our internal system where someone has already requested to be removed.

After setting the day and time, you simply record a message on the 866 phone in iBuzzPro. If you have previous recordings (iBuzzPro has several alreay in the system) you can use one of those as well.

The first thing that you do is to set the day and time. Name your campaign, pick live only, live and answering machine, or answering machine only. Then select which phone number to use for the live transfer and the number to use for removing from system. Then go to the next step.
